A Golden ale brewed in a continental style. We use a Belgian Abbaye yeat strain that produces a banana, clove, peppery flavour with hints of sweetness and fruitness on the finish.

A golden, easy drinking ale made with Cara Pils malt for a golden colour and a malty flavour. USA Centennial hops are added four times in the boiling process to provide an ale with medium bitterness and vibrant grapefruit and citrus notes in the finish.
A beer that is as dark as a hallowwen night. A dark, rich milk stout with velvety, chocolate and coffee flavours to the fore. This ale has relativelty low levels of bitterness and high sweetness. So if you have a sweet tooth, this is the one for you.

A pale, blonde beer brewed with lightly kilned pale malt, Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. The result is a light and delicately flavoured ale that is very easy to drink!

An excciting straw colourewd beer brewed using the new "cryo" Citra hops. This process ensures that the hops provide that "just picked" flavour. We are amongst the first Brewers in the UK to use thops produced this way.
